How hard is it to install heated seats on a 2.3?

If all I have is the seats and the buttons is the wiring hard? Do I have to wire it to the fuse box or add fuses to it? I live in the Northwest and it's cold here all the time.

Why? You're going to lose the heated seat function and you'll only have 6 way adjustable as oppose to 8 way on the 3.0. Just swap the leather covering if you can.

Haven't tried it, but I still have it, lol. I also need to drag my lazy butt to the store to get some paint so I can paint those mudflaps.

Is the "memory" part in the seat itself? I want to know if I can just hook up a power and ground and the button and have it work without frying anything. Or is there other electronics outside of the seat?
