Upper part is held down with 4 10mm nuts. Look where the lower and upper part of the seat meets. They are in there. Just spread apart the two. Remove the nuts and slide that part of the seat up. It should come right out.

The lower part has two clips. They are located under the front part of the lower seat, on each side. I believe you push in the clip and pull the seat up. It's something like that.

If you grab the clips (one on each side of the seat bottom--sit down on the back seat and reach down between your legs, and reach between the seat bottom and the floor board). Get off of the seat, reach between the seat bottom and the floor board. Grab the clip, and pull it towards you (a pair of pliers works handy).

Good luck!

Where did you put the CD Changer in? I put mine in the trunk and didn't have to take the backseat out to put the cable in.

Now that I look at it, I guess I wouldn't have had to, except for running the cable under that piece of carpet under the back seat. I put it on the left side of the trunk.

I put mine in the trunk using the stock mount under the speaker and ran the cable through the side of the seat under the carpet. I don't remember having to take the seat or rear side quarter off (the molding).

Anyway, how much room is under the seat? Can an amp or something like that fit? Not saying that I would want to put an amp in there, considering it could get too hot, but just curious.

There isn't much room under there at all. It's just the cushion up against the metal. The only reason to get under there was 1) to clean after the previous owner's children spilt like $100 worth of candy down there and to get the carpet pulled back.
