How do I tell if car has been lowered????
Just bought a 97 3.0 CL and it has Honda wheels with 195/65/15 tires. The car sits very low to the ground. In fact there are some scrape marks on some of the under parts of the car. How can I tell if springs are modified? What else should I
be looking for? Thank you.

if u can't tell if your car is lowered then u must be one dumb mutha fucka. park your shit next to a car and see if it sits lower than most cars. or u can just look at the springs and see if they are a different brand and color.

If you're near an Acura Dealer (or near someone who has a stock-looking CL), park your car beside it and see how much difference there is. My guess is that the car should sit only 1/2" lower due to the 15" tires. If it sits lower than 1/2", then your CL probably has aftermarket springs.
