take thm off

and the whole thing is clip ons

unscrew the screws, Pull the bottom out, then move the whole thing up. I had to unscrew the handle to get it through the hole in the door. Then you need to unplug whatever is plugged in. Becareful, this is how I broke my power mirror switch.

take off your sail panel too, just pull it off, otherwise you scratch it all to hell.. and take the door handle dish off too.
