how can I get a lil pic under my name, I have a pic I want to put under there but I dont know how its done, can someone help me?

You need to put a URL to an image on the internet you want or have one on your hard drive to upload.

it tells me it "not a valid BMP or JPG." I think the pic is too big, how can I make the file smaller?
