Has anybody else experienced a really warm trunk area? After driving for about 30-45min, the spare tire area and carpet are very warm to the touch.

It might be hot being that the gas tank and exhaust are beneath it.... It could be anything... Is it on fire?! if not dont worry!!! :p

my trunk gets hot after being out side but i live in fl so i figuire its just cause its a little box in the sun

Ocala is the middle of fucking nowhere. Its like exit 68 on I-75. Like 45 minutes below gainesville

I've noticed the same thing! My trunk is always hot after driving for a bit. I thought it was just b/c of where I lived.

I NOTICE MY WHOLE CAR IS HOT! YOU CAN FEEL THE HEAT FROM UNDERNEATH THE CAR! anyone experience this? anyone ever run a cooler thermostat? i dont even know what ours runs factory.

yea Ocala is like 4 to 5 hours away from talahasse. go down i-10 to i-75 then head south and your here.

Strange, never felt the floor of my trunk after a drive to see how warm it was? Do you have amps on the floor of your trunk which may be causing all of the heat?

I never realy felt the trunk after a drive either but none of the people ive put back there have ever complained

its nothin to worry about... its just the exhaust system, they tend to get a lil hot! And you'll definatly feel heat from under the car, especially when the fan is running. Its all normal, especially when you rev it up a lot.
