I just need to know if the valve cover for the f22 and f23 are the same. Meaning will the f22 valve cover fit my f23 engine? The reason I am asking this strange question is because I need to buy a spare valve cover because I'm gonna CHROME one of them.
Can only find a f22 cover on ebay so let me know if it'll fit.
I think it will but just want to be 100% sure. thanks

They are different part numbers according to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

The 97 are not the same as 98's

I think i'm going to risk it. Theres one on ebay for the f22 thats only $20. It looks just like mine. The shape looks the same. Well wish me luck. I'll post pics as soon as it's chromed.

I think it would....the reason the part number for the valve cover is different is because fo the 2.2 VTEC and 2.3 VTEC badge. I pretty sure i'll fix cuz the gasket is the same part number.

thanks jbjimmy I already ordered it. It should be here in less than a week and a friend of my fathers is going to chrome plate it for me.
