help with amp.?

ok so im adding a four channel amp....alpine v12...now what exaclty do i need to do...i already have an aftermarket h/u.....what needs to hapen with the wiring? with the current amp or what not...? some one let me know thank you..........p.s. im adding alpine type R components in front and type S's in the back....

power,ground, remote, speaker wire get rid of the stock amp. what exactly are you asking?

EDIT: if you're asking what needs to happen for your amp to magically appear in your car, u may wanna pay someone to install it. Just a thought.

ok sorry.......i worded everything wrong...my friend who installs...looked at my car for about 2 min's yestday.......hasnt been installing for that long.....so he looked at it and was wondering to jump the lines off the existing ones that are going to the stock amp already or to just run new lines?

Def doesn't sound like he knows what he's doin man, if you're talking about power lines. If he's talking about the speaker wires, it IS possible, but either way I would still run new speaker wire for the new amp. But as far as power, remote, RCA's, ground those will all need to be run, your stock amp wires won't handle an AM amp.
