rubbing alcohol works, paint thinner works, goo be gone is probably best for your paint. Ummm, rubbing compound.

After you get the sticky crap off, make sure you put some wax on it. You dont want any of that stuff sitting on your paint for any amount of time.

Meguire's paint cleaner (w/o the wax) worked for me. Then I used polish and wax to finish it up.

goo gone it, let it sit for about a minute, and then wipe away...

This is the only thing that has really stopped me from debadging. I don't wan't to see 3.0CL in darker paint. But using Maquire's pollish would probably do it. I am just chicken I guess.

debadging isnt scary, whats the worst that could happen, you couldnt get the ghosting off? so you rebadge it lol and no1 is the wiser. personally id rather have badges than ghosts lol, ghosts make it look like you got your badges stolen or they fell off somehow.

All you need is a HEAT GUN

Heat guns make the glue pliable, then just go to town GENTLY with a card of some sort, I used an expired license, just heat that shiz up, start scraping, then I rolled the glue into a ball and it came up in strips.

heat guns are best for this. I used a hair dryer to remove the dealer badge from my wife's Accord. It worked great and it left no trace of ghosting.

Still debating on the Mistress.

that happened to mine (very, very little) compound is your best friend it blends the paint, if they are tiny you should be able to get them out with the compound the buff/wax finally ride out and show off your sexy ass .....
