question about wipers
question about wipers
I have a 99 CL 3.0 and was wondering if this was normal. If you switch on your wipers on high or low (not intermittent) for a few cycles, and you turn the switch to off as the wipers are going up from the closed position, do they get stuck? Are they supposed to this? Can someone on the board try this out and let me know if it is happening to them? Thanks.
if the wiper arm is just starting its swing, then yes it will stay (Fewer than 2-3 Inches at the tip) Otherwise it should go back down as far as it can go.
so yes its normal if its only the first 2-3 inches, if they are getting stuck halfway through, then i doubt thats normal. I have yet managed to get my wipers stuck halfway up my windshield.
BTW - is this your first car and your just playing with it now?
