Headers with Glass Pack?

So i was looking around online for some headers... and i found a few choices but one of them caught my attention because it has a glass pack, i think its a glass pack :p

I'm all about staying silent, so this would be ideal :p 4-2-1 for a little low end torque, and the glass pack to keep some noise down. Is that a glass pack? Or just an added thing forr the picture? Its 30$ more for that one with the pack. But if it will help against noise.... i dont mind.

From: is everything.
It's a flexible "pipe" as far as I know. And the rest of what it is attached to would be the downpipe.

That is also the wrong header for your car, the ports should be 0-00-0 and not 0-0-0-0. Keep it stock until the manifold cracks which it probably will.

The best you could do is get a stage 2 cam gear. But really, unless your porting and polishing and going all out, even that really isn't worth it. You still won't be hitting 200hp

I wouldn't lie to you, I've gone through all of that exhaust bullshit.

The only thing you can do to make your stock motor better is going to be to boost it. Just enjoy it for what it is, vtec is still kinda fun on that motor. Just get an ebay CAI and call it a day. Otherwise you'll be like me, moving on to your next vehicle and regretting the mods you aren't going to get your money back for.

I'm not downtalking modding at all because I love most of the members cars on here, nothing wrong with exterior modding or performance modding. But when we're talking about modding the stock f22 with exhaust for probably close to $400-$500 for a good setup (and a maybe 5hp gain) it is is essentially pointless.
