just shopping around and was wondering if headers help at all with performance on the 2.2's or if they are basically just used to make your car louder

 

headers will always help in performance... and add a different note to your exhaust

Anything that helps your car breathe better adds horsepower, headers do add power, they have wider openings, and better bends, and help more exhaust gases escape. Please search and read the n00b guide, that's what we made it for
