you get about 5hp max from headers because VTEC motors do not get big power gains from exhaust compared to non-VTEC motors. BUT a turbo kit running about 10 lbs of boost can give you about 100+ hp. Since the turbo manifold replaces your stock exhaust manifold. www.mmrusa.com --look for f-max turbo

Yea...i'm not sure headers are worth a few hundred for the amount of HP you gain.

My friend's old GSR integra's exhaust manifold already looked sorta like a 4-2-1 header. He only gained 2 HP from it on the dyno.

I'd imagine our CLs have a similiar type design...but I'm too lazy to go look.

? Are you sure about this? It might not be as high for the 2.2 CL, I really don't know and that's why I haven't responded, but with the 3.0 CL I know there are a few of 1st gen 3.0's that gained approx 30hp by adding the comptech headers.

listen we already got a stock 4-2-1, but it is heavy compared to cc and not as good as say a dc 4-2-1. u will get some hp, but if u got a full exhaust and intake then an aftermarket header like DC (cuz thats what i got) will give u ur low end back lost from the i/e. thats really the best reason for a header if u ask me on a f22 vtec w/o FI. also everly lbs off will all add up. mine made a huge difference. got my low end back and a slight mid gain. i was defintiely more then satisified.

Now if only 6 cylinder headers weren't so damned much and if I only had any idea what I was doing....**sigh**

Actually you are wrong about that....the headers are less useful at the bottom end, but at the top end..the VTEC is using a more aggressive cam lobe which increases exhaust gas...the SOHC design is what limits the effectiveness of the header. THE 4-2-1 is designed to keep low end torque...a race header design 4-1 is designed for use at high rpms all the time..hence the name race headers.
