Header Install

Jesus christ... this went so horribly. I got the header off the studs, but the bracket was blocking it from coming out, not sure if i gotta take the bracket out or take apart the header in 2 pieces to get it out... It got dark before i could figure it out... how the EFFFFFFFFFFFF do you do it

Its easy. I swapped it in 30minutes. If you need help call me up tomorrow and I can swing by for a little bit. The o2 sensor was the hardest part for me to remove, until I got a o2 sensor socket.

You have remove the 3 nuts between the manifold and downpipe with a long extension from under the car. I believe it was 14mm. Remove the two nuts on the pipe after the o2 sensor so you can take that out as one piece.

PB blaster is great for freeing rusted bolts/nuts. Works way better than wd-40

shit just doesnt come apart as easy at it seems.....theres a process like math. If done right......20 minuts tops. Take the 3 bolts off from the mid section were the upper header connects to the lower half, then remove the header bolts from the head, then remove lower half from the Cat. SIMPLE This is of course after removing the O2. Shouldnt take but 20 or 30 tops even with stuborn bolts.
