Which header?

Ok so I searched for about and hour on what type of headers to buy. Originally thinking DC because of the fact that people have said they are good, but after reading about the whole legal vs illegal I think im going to go with some kamikaze headers. Anyone else have these on there car? Now for my main question, on there page they have 2 diff parts, one for accord 94-95 vtec and one for 96-97 vtec. Which one should be used? I thought these were the same? but if they were why 2 diff parts?

Ive heard of these before and I think they've been mentioned on the boards before.

Whats the benefit of a 4-2-1 header setup vs a 4-1 header setup or vice versa? Anyone?

clearly one is for obd1 and the other is for obd2 but it doenst matter becuase you dont need the plug on the front of the manifold cuz the first oxygen sensor is right before the cat
