hey guys i was just watching horse power t.v. in between classes and they said that the vtec light can improve y our 1/4 mile by 7 seconds.. proven lol

Seriously, VTEC does save you on gas. It's the only way a 200hp V6 can get 30mpg on the highway.

On the other hand, the whole best cam settings for low end and high end is a load of crap. Low end power and Honda engine is the biggest oxymoron of all time. If they actually tuned it for low end power, you'd get shitty gas mileage overall, and apparently the guys in Japan think we'd rather save money than have some real power. Fuck that. If I want to save money I'll buy the four cylinder.

but its just a light..it doesnt do anything..its not like a shift light where u need to know when to shift. its not like vtec is controlled by the driver. ridiculous...and anyone that buys it is ridiculous.

What?! It's triggered by the ECU solenoid signal. It's a light...not a cam.
