Got Grill!

I just put a grill in my 99CL this weekend. You can get the material you need at Home Depote. Gutter gard. It comes in rolls or lengths of about 2 1/2 feet. I don't remember exactly, but it takes two of the cut lengths. Thats what I used, because it is stiffer I thought it would hold up longer. Looks better than I thougt it would. Just cut to size and install with black tye- raps to the exsisting grill. Cost about $4.00

Na, I like it as is. I cut the grill with snips (sessors used by telephone craft) but tin snips will do. It cut pretty easy. All Ihad to do was extend the length. So I just made sure the seam was behind one of the vertical bars.

I don't think this will do you much good. Hard to get inside the grill. In any case you cansee how it looks. I like!

i didnt like the way it looked behind the original grill so i drill slots on the side of the air dam and i slid the grill through the two sides. I then sprayed it with a metallic silver paint.

cuz u have the 99 cl ur hood grill is one piece. the 97 is 3. i prefer to just paint the oem 97 rather than mesh it, but thats me. also i like the grill in front of the oem plastic piece on the bottom.
I might be sellin my 97 for a 99. not 100% sure yet. im also int he process of duplicating my lower grill for another member of the board. cant sell mine cuz i cut holes in it for fogs and plate. I no longer want the sporty look
