Got a question about GReddy...

i was wondering if GReddy makes a full catback exhaust for a
'99 3.0 without having to custom fit?

Don't think it will work since our car is based off the 94-97 accord besides the engine, which is from the 98 - 00. I got a full exhuast from tanabe for a 94-97. The shop had to do just a little bend to make it fit better. NOt anything major.

No Greddy does not make a catback for the CLs. The one you need is from a 97 Accord and you gonna have to custom fit. All you have to do is cut approximately 4" and attach new hooks on the muffler so it could hang where the stock one does. I paid $80.00 about a year and a half ago. It took approx. 30minutes to do and it looked fairly easy. I also told them to install a cat converter while they were doing the muffler. Hope this helped you.

I thought the greddy sp for the 95-97 accord v6 would bolt on with no modifications. I remember hearing that somewhere. Are you guys telling me that is incorrect?? Does an exhaust for the 4cyl 94-97 accord fit a 3.0cl??

I got mine for a 97 4 cyl. and had to cut about 4'' to fit, not sure if the V6 bolts right on. Anyone done a V6?

That is correct, i had forgotten that 98 V6 Accord are duals so you would need 97 Accord like I got. Unless 98 4cyl. fits which I doubt very much.

how much hp?

i hear that an exhaust will not add significant hp (~1 hp) and is not worth the cost. ppl put it on mainly for looks. is that true?

Ok you talking about an exhaust and not a catback system. A catback system will give you I believe between 10-12 hp.
