Exclamation front right wheel making wierd noise

if i travel at around 5-15 MPH my car makes a wierd swooshing noise from the front right wheel.. its a constant swoosh swoosh noise that gets faster/shorter as i speed up and slower/longer as i speed down.. at first i thought my wheel was rubbing up against the fender wall.. but thats not it. does this problem seem familiar with anyone here?

just when Im rolling at low speeds, if i have the windows open i can hear it. It doesnt drag enough to slow me down though. I may be wrong, but I know I have slightly warped rotors and it makes sense to me

your wheel bearings are on all 4 wheels. Jack the car up and see if any of the wheels have a LOT of play, as in rocking back and forth, they should move a little bit, but not much at all.
