Front license plate bracket

Does anyone know of a brand for a front license plate holder that will bolt on easily for a '99? There are currently no holes in my front bumper, will I be required to drill holes to mount the holder? If anyone can post some pictures, it would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

the "holes" are actually part of the oem bumper. its located under the main part of the top bumper. I removed my license plate bracket and still in the trunk just in case the popo come a running.

i wouldnt drill into my front bumper just to put on a bracket. why do you try a plate relocator like I have on my car? it bolts up under the bumper so you cant see the holes

it looks something like this

and on my car, with the plate off. scratched up and stuff though from usage

I got my oem bracket for the front license plate if wanyone wants to buy it. It bolts from underneath and over the front bumper. So there are no visible holes in the front bumper. Those of you with the oem one know what I'm talking about.

lol ive said it twice already. it bolts under your bumper, so yes there are going to be holes, but no ones gonna see them unless they lay on the floor in front of your car looking up.

its just a piece of metal with holes in it, why would you spend $50 for a cusco/greddy one, when you can get the same exact thing offa ebay for $10

hybridnrg has his plate next to his fogs and they are fine, because its next to them, not in front of them blocking light
