Angry Flood driving...

The water I drove through did more damage than I first thought. Water had settled inside the passenger clear corner and now the shiney reflector is dull and lusterless. I removed the corner and flushed out the dirt. Well anyway, after drying it out with paper towels, I noticed the mirror surface is now tarnished and gone. Looks like crapola... SORRY NO PICS. Anyway, I wonder If you guys have ever heard of blacking the entire corner. I know I gotta do something. I guess I could repaint the mirror. I just don't know.

Any thoughts? Thanks..

I drove through some deep ass water and it appears that it ruined one of my clear signal lenses. The inside reflective mirroring has tarnished, and at the bottom, it is completely gone... just looks like white plastic. I wonder if it is setiment. I might try some lime away or something that might clean of the tarnish. Oh well, the driver side one is perfect. I sure am not understanding why the passenger side lamp let water in.

Buy some new ones, i dont know how you would get that lens off short of dremeling and resealing it because they are not like the headlights with the sticky kinda glue. When i was doing the how to for the blacked out headlights i tried to black out the bumper lights but no success, only thing you may try is to tint them but they are going to get chipped up quick
