I think I will just sell my car...

and will buy another one later.. like in September or later..

these are the reasons why i decide to sell my car..

1. because of my parents.. mostly..
2. high insurance ($200 per month.. only liability)
3. high gas ($2.50 per gal)-i put gas every 3~4days since my school is far.. (50miles per day)

I got a job few days ago so i'll get some money during summer

and spend it for my next car later..

later, if possible, i think i will get 95-98 240sx or IS300..

this time, i dont' think i will get any show mods that are in my cl now.. (except bodykits and rims) and go w/ performance

but A: our car uses regular gas, not premium (unless ur getting

raped for 250 for reg).

B: our car does gr8 for gas mileage. u have the 4 cylinder,

that thing is better than my 3.0 and i do wonderfully.

C: a is300 is played out. and a 240sx is a step down

for the gas mileage... I don't know if it's good or not..

cuz.. if i put full-tank gas, i pay around $30~34.

and I have to put it again every 3~4 days.. if it's long, it's like 6 days.. less than a week.

since the school is 25 miles away from my house... i pay a lot for the gas...

and.. so does insurance..

i'm sick of paying around $500 for my car every month..
(good thing, i paid full $$ when i bought mine)

before the price of my car goes down, i need to sell it asap if possible..

wow, you ahve a really nice car, It's a shame you're letting it go. If you get rid of your car now, how will you get to school? I'm paying about $250 a month for insurance full coverage. Do you have any tickets or anything? I have one 4 point ticket, so that's raised my insurance quite a bit, adn seriously, you have a 4 cyl engine, you won't get better gas mileage without getting a hybrid.

for the kits, i got 'em from Casper for $1000 plus shipping $350

and.. I paid around $800~$1000 for installation and painting.. in March.

so... total, around $2300...

but if u want, i will sell 'em for cheap..

i bought the v2 from ebay for 240 shipped.

and.. installed it like 2 weeks ago.. and paid $80 for installing this and the rotors w/ brakes..

so... i want at least $200 for the part.. plus shipping..

 

you think the insurance for an IS300 is going to be cheaper than the 4 banger cl??? come on...

just sell your mods and return the car back to stock. you'll get a lot of your money back

well.. i went to 240sx website.. and.. they said hell no 'bout the size of my rims on 240sx... lol

they said i should get 17s or 18s...x9.5 or 10.. not sure though..
