Yeah, I think it does flow with the lines of a teg better, but props to ghost for trying it out. I think I might actually raise mine up a bit, to distinguish that I did it on purpose

I really wouldn't recommend it lol. If anything, spraying would be so much better. It lays on the car so much more even, and it's SO much faster. But the shine is all in how good you do the final wetsanding/buffing/polishing process.

Thanks alot, man. If you look at my progress thread I posted up there, you can see I definitely had my " what the fuck was i thinking" moments, but in the long run I think it came out much better than the flaky stock paint.

No problems at ALL. I might get some water spots because I still havent waxed it at all, but it's fine. It's interlux topside paint, the shit they use on yachts.

It's pretty tough stuff.

 

nice buddy club's. you better get some lock nuts too. but i agree the "shimmed" hood mod looks better on your car, but i gotta fix mine over the weekend, so everything lines up right.

i hope a new exhaust is next on the list though.

i like the exhausts for DA integra's that are stock looking, like old school HKS and Mugen.

i actually think angled and N1 style exhausts look like garbage on older integra's. IMO

Wow- looks like I'm not the only one that used my Integra to jump into the Acura world, then evolved into the CL species

I miss it- quick, light as fuck, and would have been a fun project car. It was even paid off!

Had 260,000 + miles and was still running strong when I traded it in too....

 

193K+ on mine when she got hit. I drove her home dragging ass from less than a mile from the house. I parked her in the garage untill the towtruck came the next morning. She was running strong.
