F23 mani spacer

This is a new mani spacer for the f23. 1in thick we will be installing it this weekend and noting all parts necessary for easy install. Coolant lines will be the hard part we are fabbing up peices for that also.

Has there been any dynos with it installed to see if there's any significant HP difference?

We have a manifold formula because we make sheet metal manifolds for other cars. This is actually the size and length the tubes need to be for this motor setup. It goes by cubic inch, size of throttle body flow rate and a few other things on the flow bench we did gain flow. This is made for more torque. Throughout the rpm band. Dyno will be later this is not my car. I just make these parts and make sure the numbers on paper work. I will let everyone know what the owner says. One off parts are cool!!!!

Oh so it's not for sale, just an example of a 1-off part? Looks pretty solid btw.

It is for sale I have the program so if there are more to be made piece of cake. I just need to know a few things I can make the thickness whatever I want. I would like to do one for the H22. But nobody around here is building one of those.

I'm sure you could make one and people would buy it, esp on h-t.

I'd buy one....if there is some tangible improvements to the torque output and you can see/feel it!

So the idea behind the spacer is to lengthen the runners to increase torque? Just want to make sure I understand the benefits.

More low end toque is one thing the 2.X CL needs.

Yes the longer tubes does make more torque. I more or less changes where it come in at and die off you can build them for any rpm band. This one is set up for 2500 to 5700 pretty much. Which is where he wanted it this is not a high rpm car. I am currently working on one for the j32a2 and a3. But it still has a long way to go.

I wouldn't might one helping me with my low end tq before full spool...
I would only need to see how much room i have behind the intake manifold. The room is sort of scarce.

Yeah, i'd get rid of my skunk2 IM and get a euro-r and a spacer if he had one for H's. Apparently there's an adapter kit for K series manifolds to fit on H's now also, maybe we should look into that?

Let me know.. I need a gasket and the thickness you guys would want. It would be best to have more than one at a time. That spacer with the drawing and the cnc was 400 all together. Not bad for a one off part. It is the cnc time that is the costly part.
