Experience w/ Megan Strut bars.

Has anyone had any experience w/ Megan Racing Front an Rear Upper strut bars? I was looking for some on Ebay and they seemed relatively cheap, but not too cheap that its a crap product. Would getting these strut tower bars make a big difference or should I get a better brand to really feel a difference?

Here is an ebay link

After upgrading the spring, I wanna keep on the suspension thing, but am not quite financially ready to get sways.

do you even know what you're talking about? how are they NOT genuine MR? I used to have an upper front strut bar and it looked exactly like that, and I got it directly from my MR vendor. And $150 yes, you did get ripped off, but that isnt the sad part, the sad part is that you paid the extra money thinking you got the "genuine" product.

From a lot of things i read on different forums, the rear upper strut bar doesn't really do much; you'd be better off getting a thicker lower tie bar.

really? I remember reading somewhere that the lower rear tie bar doesn't really do much, and is pretty much just there for looks.

Wow, I never realized these were so cheap. Is there different advantages to different brands, or do all brands give the same results? And what exactly do these bars change to the ride quality...stiffness/turning/etc?

And do these just "snap" right onto our CLs? Theres no slight modifying that needs to be done or anything to adjust it to fit onto our car...?

Sorry for all the questions, but hell...45 shipped for a front strut bar isnt that bad at all. Makes me curious as to what they are capable of doing, for such a cheap price.

lol, it really is all about how it feels in the head. Like when people say that intake makes their car feel a lot faster, when everyone knows that it really doesn't do too much.

I honestly didnt notice much of a difference when I got my MR strut bar, it was more for looks. You have to cut off this metal tab thing on the passenger side where you bolt it down but thats about it.

and for the ones that look like this

none of them come with the letters colored like that, I dont know why

depends on which cl you have. 2.2, and 2.3 or 3.0. They all have 94-97 wheels and suspension, but the engines are all different.

tell me why i have 97 accord suspension on my 3.0 then? I would assume lnsyone is correct since the shocks and springs are 95-97 accord. The only springs made for the accord v6 are the prokit, the rest are for the 4 cyl.
