i was wondering the other day cuz i was talking to one of my friends about turbo and crap. Has anyone gone turbo on their single cams? If u have is it worth it and how does all that go cuz I'm thinking alot about it cuz he did it on his civic and it relly rides now... like he can take ice cream trucks and shit. Nah but if anyone has any info on that let me know

 

theres a few people on this board with turbos on their single cam CLs. BTW, the 2.2 and 2.3 4-cylinder CLs are all single cam engines. i suggest doing a search...there should be plenty of talk/pics.

Do you have any specific questions? It's expensive and the more boost you want to run the more it will cost you, whether its worth it would be personal opinion. You would be looking at 2 grand or more to run 5psi and more like 4 to run 10+ safely.

Doesnt seem worth it just to have as a daily driver. 4 grand can buy you some nices rims and other engine mods.

 

4 grand can buy you a 90 CRX Si with a b16ZC turbo setup. So that u can drive n relax with ur CL. ANd go fast n furious with ur CRX. Buuut thats just me...

 

4K can also buy alot of lapdances

 

yea money wise its ture... it seems like a waste for that much money as just a daily driver... plus i'm not not fast n the furious so screw it thanks alot
