Hi All,

I have a 98 2.3cl, the engine light came on and I cannot locate the OBD scanner plug on my car. Normally it should be under the dash driver side thats were one would find it. But I didn't see that and poked around but didn't find it.

Can some help me locate the plug where I can connect the OBD scanner and see what codes pop up???

Pull out your coin holding thing under the radio (under the tape player or door thing whichever you have... If i remember correctly, thats where it was on mine.

Yes, pull out the ashtray and the OBO connector is there.

I actually store my gate key for work in there. My ashtray has never seen the orange glow of a stoggy.
