Emblem???
sup guys.. I've seen some pictures of CLs that use an "A" emblem on the hood (grill part) and was wondering how did they put with a custome grill. Any help will work.. thanks...

Are you talking about the kind of grill I have? You have to click on my WWW and browse through some pics. I can't add the link because I'm at work and these DoD computers won't let me access the page.

sup dennis.. well that's not the one I'm talking about.. I do have that 'A' with wings and I took it off.. I just ordered a pair of A emblems (Carbon fiber) and might wanna try to put it on in replace of the stock emblem with the wing.. I just want to know how to put my new emblem on top of my custom grill... thanks..

you can't really put the cf A on our hood/grill/trunk. I tried it before on the trunk, but since those parts of our car has an angle or comes to a point, the aftermarket A's don't fit very good. I tried adding an extra layer of 3m tape under the edges to make it fit better, but it still looked out of place so i took it off.

I ended up bending my just a little bit to fit... and it looks aight.. If I we're you I would leave the stock emblems.. I like a lot better that way and they look clean..

oh man...
thanks guys.. well I guess I'll just figure out a way.. or put it somewhere else.. maybe the 98-99 is easy.. coz I saw a picture here before (long time ago) with a setup like the one I'm talking about.. thanks again.
