Eibach 2 !!!!!

sorry for re-threading !! but my last thread was closed after not even 24 hours and didnt even say why ! and the last dude "maiyumi_chan" who said he had both prokits and teins's doesnt accept PM so i had to repost ! i searched in all relative threads and couldnt get a proper answer so .. i thought the tein's is more of a drop and not as comfortable as the prokits? i might have to go for the comfort as appose to looks so plz lemme know before this one is closed ! (why?)
ps i got kyb agx's from ebay this was the only one i found for the cl's so is this what fits the 3.0 ?!

You couldn't find this info by searching?

It's been covered many times over.

The noob guide also specifies what ones fit what model.

Go with the teins if you want a lower drop, eibach if you want a little drop with a more stock feel.

yeah well i found out about this but i also found out that eibach will not be an even drop front and back !! so although thats what i need .. a more comfortable ride but then i dont want the car to look all wierd ... ! thats the problem. teins are 2" drop right ?

They have different shocks for the different weights of the engine. The mounts and everything are the same. The KYB/AGX that you're looking at will fit either 2.X or 3.0 since you can adjust the stiffness to what works for your car. If I were you I'd get the tein S techs, they feel pretty soft too, especially with the KYB/AGX you can't go wrong with that combo.

Its not that the back sits lower. Its in optical illusion (im being serious). I have the Teins. The front fenders are cut higher, making you think that the back is sitting lower. My drop is pretty much flat, but I have more wheel gap in the front, than I do the rear.
All these pics are with the Teins.

You def want adjustable camber kit, but you'll be alright with 17's don't sweat it. If you rub, just get 40 series tires

The camber kits are universal, anything for a 94-97 accord will work, it's just ball joints and /or control arms

If you look at the last pics with the rims, that is also the tire size that I have. That is also with the AGX's. You having a v-6, your front end will dip a little lower due to the weight of the engine. Which IMO will make your drop look a lot better than mine.... I have a camber kit. The ingalls one. Just in the front though. Nothing is needed on the rear.

EDIT: Im sure Justin (Klepto) will stick his nose in here telling you to slam it do the earf and tell you "negative camber FTW" with his camber kitless self...

Good luck with everything, so you're going with the S-Techs or what? How much are you paying for everything,

and a rule for ebay, non moving parts = yes, moving parts = no.

The suspension thing is in the noob quide, to an extent. The drop in inches is in there for many of the popular springs, which is what I thought he was asking for.

This is covered elsewhere, but..

I have the Prokits and it's a fairly conservative choice.. 1.3 inches makes for a very streetable car but still a lot less suspension travel than stock, and you don't need a rear camber kit, they will need to adjust toe-in and that's it. 1.7 or 2.0 inches drop you will scrape your muffler a lot and it ends up looking like race car. For ultimate performance I will take the Tein SS or Koni Yellow. If it was 1.7 inches and you don't want coilovers I would take H&R Sport over Eibach Sportline

As for the difference in ride height front to rear, the gap is still different like it was before lowering I don't think it matters which kit unless the inches drop is listed as different front to rear
