((Primary heated O2 sensor))i put in a new one and then this one popped up ((Secondary heated O2 sensor)) so i put in a new one

((Random/Cylinder 1 misfire 2-3-and 4)) i bought new e3 diamond fire plugs and when the ((Catalyst system efficiency below threshold)) code came up i thought maybe the cat was cloged so i gutted the cat and i also had that strange sound coming from that area i thought maybe a piece had broken off and was just bounceing around in makeing that sound but i was wrong.

first i'd replace the cat, that should take care of the catalyst sys code and the egr(check your egr hoses, make sure they're not rotted and egr solenoid, make sure it's working right, not the one on the intake manifold but the solenoid behing the dr headlight)

you might have all these codes cause your cat is non functional

get something like this that is actually functional

i'd go with a ex header cause it had vtec like ours

no, its commen among our cl's and accords, i think they made the ports too small. and then a bad cat makes the car run dirtier and clog up the ports quicker. mine did it too, i cleaned them out abunch of times but it didn't stop till i replace the "race" "cat"(straight pipe) i had on.

too much work for no reason, you don't get any gains,i'd keep it in and just fix it to make it work correct.<--about the egr

the header would techincally "work" but it's cheap ebay stuff that usally means the fitment is off ,the material is crap, the finish will proably come off quick. stuff like that

homemade short ram air-use your pipe, just take out your air box and put on a k&n filter.
h22 throttle body if you can find one
get rid of any excess weight
but you gotta pay to play, ya know not too many free hp out there

just have to try the throttle body and see, i had a h22 tb on my d15b vtec civic, it was bigger than stock. h22 manifold makes no difference, money would be better spent on something else

I usualy agree with now buying ebay suff but I mean, it's just $50 tubeing.. I would give it a try and if it ever somehow gets messed up, just put the stock header back on. You would also be pretty unique for having the ebay header. I don't think I've seen a CL with the ebay header for as long as I've been here. IMO, go for it!

Damn.....I've already been here for a year! Time flys.....
