is our ECU in a 98 2.3 CL a OBD2A or OBD2B??

I believe it's an obd2b, call honda or acura, and ask the service desk

1996-1998 obd2a
1999-20** obd2b

 

Its OBD2B

 

might be either one. honda did some weird shit with the ecus on accords/ preludes between 98 and 99. a lot of them have obd2b ecus if they were built later in the year. (98). so i wouldnt be suprised if our cars have the same deal. best way to tell is if you have the blue plug or not. Mine had a blue plug, until i chopped it off.
