ok so 3 weeks ago, i turned on my a/c and it was just SEMI cool, and it was so hot outside that i decided to bring it in to a shop to add freon. they added the freon and i was good to go. It was cool for like 2 weeks...then today, i turned on my a/c and it wasn't even COOL at all. it was blowing like regular air.

the problem was that it was still semi cool before i added the freon..now its just not cold at all...any ideas guys? thanks!

 

You might have a leak in your system. You need to have it pressure tested.

 

yeah, sounds like a leak...

but aren't they supposed to check for leaks when you recharge the freon??? or do you have to ask for it???

 

how much did it run you to add freon btw... i gotta get my shti recharged...

AC problems are always the worst. If it's not one small thing, its another... ugh.

Hey, there have been two cases involving kids and mothballs. One kid ate one and the other one sniffed the smoke from burning them, so anything is possible..(and yes they did this for the "high"
