sup guys.. I found a pretty good size dent on the passenger front fender.. I don't know where it came from but the paint did not get damaged. I bought the ding king and I hope it will work.. do you know how much it cost to get a ding fixed at a body shop or collision center? thanks

 

paintless dent repair = $75. I have the Ding King - it worked OK. May take multiple tries to remove the ding.

I got a dent in the front right fender. It broke paint though and my friend did it for me for about $450 to fix. I asked him about the dentless repair, he said sometimes it doesn't come out well, depends on how deep and how long. Sometimes u see waves in the dent, but only way to know for sure is to try it.

sup fusionnv.. I hope I won't have to spend that much.. my dent is not too big.. it's like someone pushed it by leaning on it or seating on it.. but I really don't have an idea how it got there.. it wasn't there before... hopefully this ding king will fix it at least 90%-95%..

 

if its in your area, i use a company called Dent Pro, they come out to your house, work or where ever, if you in cali i know of a guy in dublin area that can do it on the weekends for cheap

Ding king and Ding pro is different. Ding King is crap. Ding pro is a company that does the massaging on the car to bring the dings out. It cost from looking online price sheets around 150 for the first dent and discount after. Depends on the dent. Cheaper than the price I got from a body shop that wanted to drill, pull out, fill, sand and then repaint.

 

check at the dealership. some acura dealerships have a "ding guy" come to the lot once a week to work on dings customers have. i just HATE the idea though that people don't respect your shit and ding your car.

well I got the ding king for $20 at CVS.. anyways.. i'm gonna go ahead and find any body shop who can do it good for a good price.. if the price is right.. i'll just return the ding king..

A New Front right fender cost $75!! your friend charged you $375 to paint one fender?!! thats not a very good friend.

 

Well a new fender cost about 100-120 bucks when I looked but, He had to push the hood over back to the correct alignment, fill and paint the fender, then spray the hood, door and bumper and blend in. He said if I just wanted to fix the fender only it cost 250 bucks. Seen that and it sticks out like a sore thumb, because that part is shinnier than everything else. Also the gap will be noticeable. I seen it on other people's car where he did that and it does. I went to a couple shops in my area and their estimates are about 600-700 bucks.
