In-Dash 6 CD Changer

Just wondering if anybody knows if the new In-Dash 6 CD Changers being offered in the new CL's are compatiable with our 1st Gen CL's?
If not, anybody priced how much the 6-CD Changer in the trunk is?

Get the indash changer for a honda accord. That should work. If not I would check ebay for a changer for the trunk, I sold mine for $100.

You know, I looked into that, too, cause when I first got my car a six-disc in-dash changer wasn't available. But, when I went to inquire about it, that sucker is expensive! It was suggested to me that I just go and get something else from a stereo place and get something aftermarket for the price they were asking. The dealer in town quoted me roughly $800 installed!

At AHMOTOR, the Honda/Acura, in-dash, 6 disc changer is approx $500.

You should be able to do the setup in a CL for a lot less than the $800 MauiWowieCL was quoted.

But like Casper98CL said, still more expensive than a good top model aftermaket changer.

Heck, at these costs, I have no problem swapping the discs one-by-one. $800 is way too much cash for my student budget

Hey Omes why dont you just a cd changer? The six disc in dash is nice but at what price$$$$$$ For that much why dont you get a 10 disc one installed in your trunk and still save $ at the same time. Or you can have it customized and installed inside the armrest or something. Either way you'll still save $$$$

I just brought the factory CD changer from KikAzCL97. What I'm planning on doing is having that installed in the truck and eventually an In-dash DVD/ MP3/ Navigation unit with screen. I'm just waiting for the prices to drop a little...
