for 2002 CL-S and I am presuming 2003 models as well? For models with Navi and in-dash 6 disc changer?

i would assume it's in the same place as the 2001...behind the jack on the right side of the trunk. you'll have to remove jack, the jack holder and the lining around it to see the amp. go to silvernight's link, he has pictures where it is located.
