question to who ever made a grille for their cl.

when you get the grille out(top) do you just cut out the shape of the grille and wedge it in their because it is all one piece????????

and the bottom grille, same thing because that is all one piece with the bumper?????

 

I just covered my whole grille and stuck it back in. I don't think it looks to bad. I cloned out my plate if the front looks funny.

 

what did you use to attach the mesh with. epoxy????

 

The gutter guard is not very wide, so I is a close fit. I just bent it around the back about a quarter inch. Then it is a tight fit back in the hood. I don't think it will hurt the paint or anything once it is tightened down so it wont move. Mine hasn't came off or screw up yet. They say to get a 97 grille that has the removable trim piece.

 

i posted something yesterday about this. i got so frustrated trying to make a fitting one that I gave up, but now i might try what he said and wrap the whole damn thing.
