If thats a lift in your garage, I'm jealous of you. If I had a hydraulic lift at my house, I'd do stuff to any of my cars everyday, maybe even charge people who want to do something hourly. Lol. Anyways, did you lower the back already?

Yea right; I wish that was my house. I work at the acura dealership; so thats a lift in the shop. and no not lowered yet. I got to work this morning and ordered the bushings from a nearby dealer, should be here in the next couple hours. And will hopefully be dropped by 6ish, when im out of work.

That's a big garage, considering there's another acura on the lift about 20 feet away
I wish I had a lift in my garage, in-ground only though. I've gotten too used to them to go back to a diff type lol. Car def is coming along well, glad to see it. Makes me miss mine even more
oh man, I'm so jelly
black on black...5 speed...you got the best of all worlds.
Congrats man, welcome back to the fam
If I could/can find something like that locally for a good price, I'd gladly ditch mine

annnd this is the dillemma i faced after a long work day..

finally got it out, P I T A...

its goin innnn

annd only pic i have for now:

seems to have a little "saggy butt" , im sure its because the rear struts are blown, so now i debate between cutting a coil off front, or spending money on new struts, if coilovers are in the near future..hmm..

Probably nice returning to a familiar car, eh? Exterior looks clean. Not wasting anytime with mods I see. Straight Business.
As far as the strut situation, I would replace the blown ones and get coils when you can. You could even sell off the struts at that time, to get some cash back. I would stray away from cutting... that's me though.

There's a guy down the road from me that has a lift in his garage, and is always working on audi's, I am tempted to pull in and ask him if he'll rent me his garage for a night so that I can torque all my suspension bolts down to the right torque. Really would hate to have to pay someone to do that since I don't have a lift
DO NOT waste ur time cutting coils, do it right and replace the shocks which as previously mentioned, you can sell later once you get coilovers. noone wants to buy cut springs to be bouncing around like a lowrider everywhere.
yes; i decided to go oem struts, as the fronts are also. and wont run me but about $20 more than KYB's. .will order tommorrow along with new oem 02 sensor (damn check engine)..tints next week, system is in..stay tuned.
thanks guys; yea its not in too bad of shape for a 99 , needs bumpers and a good paint job though; the passenger side looks kinda blotchy and wavy up close.. not cool. but ill do body work at the end of the month, right now, suspension and reliability matters most. gonna do full tune up this week. if anyone needs a diy for that let me know, although most of you probably know how to do a simple tune up.
Hokay! SO: After a couple of weeks without a car; and debating what to get; between a e46 m3,7th gen accord,or 3G TL..i think i decided on the TL. The m3 would be fun but a lot of upkeep, for some reason the H on the honda steering wheel makes me angry sometimes(I miss the "A") and the TL- well they're easy to find. come 6 speed, some navi. easy to mod and have many aftermarket parts..actually might pick one up this weekend..ill keep you guys posted?
