Color matching?

so has anyone ever tried color matching primrose? ive seen hybrids lip..to his body and its not exact... i think im going to repaint my car same color but i might be slighty off :-( its going to be SOo annoying.

Yea, I'm going to have to color match my bumper for the inza red...it's gunna be a bitch trying to match a 10 year old paint job

It's not that hard to blend, body shops do it on a daily basis, hell I blended my bumper myself and it came out flawless

some shops have a machine that takes a sample of your paint and then mixes the colour to match and then ur set..

I ordered some touch-up paint a while back from the Ac place in Greenville and the guy said "damn your car's old, they haven't made that color in years!" so yah, i got the freakin paint though hahaha good luck matching!

Comes in a can, i had NO problem matching it Autoparts store touch up spray for the win, shit you can get my honda touch up at walmart

so i found out on our door jams.. theres a code... and they just punch in the code in the computer and bam. color match it is...

well u wont be able to tell im going to be spraying the hole side half of the car. so old paint and new paint wont be right next to each other. i dont think u could tell with the hood and the trunk.

just make sure no dumb ass is mixing your paint... because then you're definatley going to get a mismatch in colours...

if i can remember when i mixed for primrose for my ww lip and side skirts, the mixture was silver, black, white, some gold, and a touch of magenta,

i mixed the colour im doin at paint school last week and it was amazing....but if you go over just a lil bit ur fucked

yeah i got the paint from centennial college. i used the PPG paint system that they have there. but yah, if you dont measure the proper amount of paint for each colour properly, you're fuked...

what sucks is that i just noticed that the paint on my side skirts is peeling. it looks like i didn't put enough plasticiser...but i thought i put too much...fuk!!!
