yes, 98 v6 accords intake will work on 97-99 cl's. 94-97 accord suspension parts or kits will fit on our ride with no mods.

That's a ridiculous price for a CAI. Get an ebay CAI and put a K&N filter on it, and call it a day, $80 tops

I recommend Arospeed SRI. It doesn't come with a filter (which you will buy a K&N one anyway) and the build quality is pretty good for $30.

chuck norris doesnt wait for time. time waits for chuck norris...

chuck norris is the only person who can give a round house kick to the back of someones face.

chuck norris is my nugga.

is there any easier way to install a CAI without taking the bumper off? i swear im way too lazy to do that...lol...can i just take the tire off and unscrew the inner lining?

You don't have to take the bumper off, use our diy, all you have to do is drop the fenderliner to get to the resonator box

AEM bypass valve

I don't think it's necessary unless it starts randomly flooding in CA

as long as the water level isnt so high that your filter is actually submerged in water, I dont think you'd need it

They aren't a bad investment for $50 I have one and it saved my engine during a hurricaine when the road was flooded several feet deep. As for the clips, I just bought a bunch from honda, they're like 80 cents a piece. You will most likely break them, it's nice to just have brand new ones to snap right back in

Yeah, the center tab should pop out from the outer circle, mine were so old, I just pryed/broke them out and replaced them with brand new ones. If you take your time and try hard, you probably can get them to pop out, if you can get the inner part to lift. For 80 cents a pop i really didn't care enough, I still have 2 or 3 more bags of 10 for when I replace my bumper and fenderwells, I bought them in bulk

I was thanking you for searching and finding an existing thread instead of starting a new one. There's nothing we hate more than people starting a new intake thread every week. If you wanna pay $250 on an intake cuz you think it'll be better than the $30 intake I have on my car then you're just plain wrong, but to each his own, just trying to help.

I don't see how a $250 piece of intake piping is better than a $30 piece of piping. It's like buying Oakleys and fake Oakleys (expensive sun glasses that i dont know how to spell). There is virtually no difference besides the price! I'm not saying it's bad to buy expensive brand-name intakes. A lot of members here have bought AEM ones which are great.

Yes that one you posted will fit, we're just trying to save u some money. If your dad doesn't trust them, I would get AEM, they're cheaper and still reputable

It's not an intake manifold it's an intake. The intake tubing and filter connect to your intake manifold. Like I said above if you can't get ebay, get AEM or find another cheap cold air intake from an auto parts store or online seller

You should be able to find AEM ones for $150. And they come with a carb sticker. So you cant get a ticket for it.

fitment is probably the biggest issue with buyin an ebay intake.
i had one on my CL, it was garbage. always rattled and hummed. the filter was junk too. the AEM one on my Lude fits much nicer.

You could always use a money order. That's what I did before I had a credit card. Tell you dad it's your money to lose, not his.

I'd do that or have a friend who does have ebay buy it for me and give him the money to pay for it. That worked for me until i took the ebay plunge
