Cocoa - Texas Mini Meet (Pics of the 3.5 beast)

Chris, your PM box is full.

So I'm looking up Southlake, and it's def far. I'm game to make the trip if you really want to meet up, almost a 3 hour trip though. Looks like I just have to find 35 and come straight north, only question I have, is where can you meet me? Closer to Dallas, Ft Worth? Or do you want me to come all the way to Southlake? I remember your CL was in a hurting state, so not sure if you can bring it my way or not, but I def wanna check it out, so let's figure out where we can meet up. Any ideas? I will give you a buzz tomorrow, I have a rental car, and gas is paid for so I don't mind making the treck, as long as you're down to chill. Let me know where you think you could meet me

You want to hang out at a bar? Or would you rather kick it at a sit down restaraunt? I'm up for anything but driving far. Like you said, my car's hurting, and I usually stay around my area with the car. But I'm down to drive it out to Dallas to hang out.

Jordan right? I have your number, you still have mine? I'm going to text you right now. Hit me up after work.

Should I get race gas just in case? (kinda rather not, but I've been doing it anyways even with my blown head gaskets, i know i'm stupid)

I was thinking City Tavern out in Downtown off of main street. The exit off the 35 would be Commerce.

I'm trying, my best friend is the bartender at City Tavern. And my other best friend won't get off school till 8:30pm and has to study. But I needed to know how long it'd take for you to get out there so I know when to leave work.

<-----can leave at anytime

also, let me get you the website to the city tavern so you can mapquest the directions, one sec.

They don't have an official website just yet, but I just called, and that's the right place. It's bad ass, and they sell my favorite beer, Bodingtons. It has a pub feel to it.

Driving time all highway is 2.5 Hours

I'm going to leave in about 15 minutes, so figure my arrival assuming I do the speed limit to be about 8:45. Chris I will call you when I'm getting close to the commerce exit. Hopefully I will see you guys up there, I won't be drinking a lot since that is a LOT of highway to cover, but figure on seeing me about 8:45-9:00

24 hours. rested in SoCal, and then drove to Central Cali with a busted axle. Again, sorry I was pissy, I was just pissed that my car had issues for the meet. And for this mini meet, again, it has issues, lmao.

That plate weighs in at 5 lbs. The moonroof was heavier by at least 50 lbs. I didn't have the scale with me when I took it off during work, but it only took me 15 minutes. To put that metal plate roof in, took about 15 minutes.
