class?

curious...are first gen cl consider upper class cars or not? i mean, in terms of comparison with class, what can we compare our first gen with? give some examples of current cars and like older cars (95-2002) or what not. thanks!

I think they compared our car to the 99 toyota solara in car and driver magazine... somebody should have the pages sitting on thier hard drive, I gotta go to CLASS

Are the first gen CL's considered upper class cars? - Not in my opinion but others may have different thoughts on that.

depends on where youre from I guess. If you lived somewhere where a BMW is like a lambo, then maybe the CL is seen as upper class.

BUT, here in cali, good luck with that. m3's are like civics in socal.

My car is just another honda around here, especually when some of your friends drive g35 sedans and bmws and such. Once in a while I get a compliment but too many kids here get their parents 5 series, drop it and put 19's on it

At h20proofs old high school, kids got M3's and CL 55's for there 16th bdays...

sunny hills high school down in so.cal fullerton area is worse =/
kids drive m3's and m5's and the new lexus IS or GS class!
you barely see any civics or accords there =( rich spoiled asian kids!
lol enough said but i think the CL is considered still in the lux class but not as high! maybe as comparable to the infiniti G20 =)
