Cl Project Car

Long story short, my 97' was flooded out back in oct. and i've been thinking of the best thing to do to stand out. Six grand saved later, I believe i'm h22'n the bitch with full suspension and brakes. My ? is do you think its worth installing everything in the driveway and save some money or hand it over to a shop and avoid a few headaches?

Here's the list...

-tein basics
-spc camber
-front/rear sways
-front/rear tie bars
-rear tie bar
-front susp. brace
-pads & rotors all the way around
-plus the h22

can it be done for six grand"

do it ur self. ive onli been 17 for like 2 weeks. and i installed everything myself, including my coilovers which are tein basics also. Recently i just did my spc anchor bolt kit. Buh uh yea that didnt turn out well......(alignment issues) buh other than that everythings good.

you mite need a shop for the h22 swap though and for the rotors because i herd u need a special machine to get it off.

Who's being hard on him? It's gonna be hella cheaper (and quite possibly within his budget) If he can install 80-90% of that stuff on his own... only things I can really see being an issue is the engine swap and rotors if he's not familiar with that kind of thing...

good luck with everything and keep us updated...
