check engine light

first it was the upstream o2 so i replaced that, then i needed a tune up, did that, then it was the downstream, did that yesterday and unplugged the positive battery thing for a second, and the light was off, but came back on, on my way to get a sticker... any thing i'm doing wrong, is there any other way to reset the cpu?

if u have a code that says p401 it is ur o2 sensors, but u already replaced that so check something cuz I believe that is an insufficient exhaust flow. (i had that too)
