Changer install
It's NOT pre-wired.
You need the 15-18 ft M-Bus cable which plugs into the rear of the stock headunit and the CD changer.

The factory doesn't install the changer.
The only way to get the changer is to purchase it at the dealer and have them install it (or do it yourself).
I've never seen the install instructions to know where they recommend (if they do at all) mounting it.

I C. The trunk didn't look like it had a good place for the factory to install it. When I bought the car (a long ass time ago), I didn't see a single CL with one installed. I asked the salesmen where they put it in and he told me they put it on the side. But I thought that looked too cheesy for a factory install.
