I'll be calling VIS today. This crap is crazy. The hood arived in America like 2 weeks ago....We should of seen something last week, and this is their finaly week before "the shit hits the fan"...and its already Wed.

But yes...I will be calling them today....just dont know if i should call in a few hrs or wait till later this evening before 5pm....

Yea, I was just afarid if i called soon, it'd be like 1:45 cent time and so itd only be like 11ish Cali time. I just kinda figured that if i called mid afternoon, they might not have any idea...but F that...they've have like 2 weeks since the hoods been in America. I will call in about an hour.

Thursday I'm going to hopefully try to take a copy of the contract to an Auto Attorny that I know. (he actually bought my motorcycle from me and said if i ever need help, to just ask him) So I think i might drop by his office and get his opinion on all of this. What else should I take to show him besides the contract? (do i need a copy of the "SIGNED" contract?? (the contract posted before, wasnt signed)

 

^^^ See if you can print out ALL of the threads...A written statement from Carlo. Since he is the middleman, a written statement from him would take liability off of him. Its really not his fault that this has been so delayed. Any correspondance between any of the members that have contacted VIS with names of the people that were talked to and estimated dates of contact. Ummm. i think that would pretty much do it.

 

Yea...thats going to take some time to do...(plus i'd have to delete out all the @*(&$@ posts....you know...But I will def. do that. Tomorrow if i have time, I will probably drop by his office with just the contract, ask his advice, and tell him I can get the threads and written statements. But then again, this is only if i have the time tomorrow...


ANYWAY! I Just Called VIS-

I talked to "Andy" who is our CF hood contact i guess. (i kept thinkin his name was Adam..but its Andy.

Anyway, I was told the test fit hood should be ariving at VIS either today or tomorrow. He told me to call back Friday. Honestly, if it arives today or tomorrow, we will hopefully see picts up before Friday.

Hey Carlo- Maybe once the picts are taken, post them in here but I was thinking...It might be smart to start a new thread "Picts of the FIRST CF CL Hood" just because im sure every member is going to want to see and comment on the hood, and we cant afford to have every member posting whatever they think in out CF thread. (that would create a lot of trouble for KLEPTO and the MODS....this thread should be kept clean for the CF/VIS discussion only)

Im just thinkin, if we dont post the picts up in a new thread, then everyone will come into this thread and post what they think about the hood. We already have had enough issues with having to delete posts and starting new CF threads...the last thing we need is every member comming in here and posting "COoool...it looks cooool" all over this thread.

I donno...just a thought..
