lol... i still cant believe u guys didnt get the hoods yet... one thing i dont understand, lets just say if the test hood DONT fit properly, how long will it take to make a correct mold?

Lets just hope it DOES fit! 
Its almost been 3 months. They were suppost to ship the hood over a month ago, soooo making the mold takes about 2 months then?? They did say it would be about a month to produce the other 19 hoods from the mold. Lets just hope the mold is good and the hood fits! You know, I was watching RIDES lastnight when they made the new Eleanor Mustang and they were showing the process it takes to make a custom bumper/bodykit and all the work that goes into making it and making the mold. I had nooo idea it was that hard. Now i understand why it might take sooo long to make a mold of a hood. That process of creating the mold is crazy hard!

On a serious note, ( no more angery Alex ) please mang have mercy. Our hoods our late but better late than never right ? Also, its good to know there not rushing them out. Id rather wait, on a serious note, than have a hood of standard or poor quality. I think that with time and patience all will work out in the end. There is nothing we can do besides wait and this will better everyone in the long run, as we get a lesson in life ( patience is a virtue ) and self control ( im no roll model but im being serious now )

^ I agree. At least yall are getting your hood...Who cares when, its bought and paid for. Just put it in the back of your heads and try and forget about it, then when it gets here is like christmas came early...errrrrr maybe late...lol....You know what they say..Christmas in july..lol...The haters on this post are just jealous that they are not getting one...i do think its bs that vis is taking this long. But shit. it has to be made from scratch...They will be unique...im jealous as hell. but im glad that they are being made and its gonna be sweet to see some of them!!!!!

What i dont get is why you dont get an attorney to look at the contract vis signed and make them pay for ur shit. i work with attorneys all day and i showed they ur situation and if there is a breach in contract you guys could all be hooked up with verious things for that. Money or free shipping. be smart about this. thats a big breach in contract

Whats a big breach? The fact their waayyy over due on the *due date* or the fact they *might* have sold other hoods beyond the GB...
I know a Auto Attorney who specialises (sp?) in Auto fraud...maybe I can get him to look into it...but then again, theres lawyer fees and all that shit...If it only took a letter and wasnt that much $$, then maybe we could do it.
Do you think a letter would be all that it takes??

okay everyone. Just got off the phone with VIS. CL hoods are in America, 4 containers are coming this week to VIS. So they're in one of the 4 containers. They're most likely stuck in customs right now, and they will arrive to the warehouse any day this week. Once they arrive, I'll be taking a photo shoot of the CL and the hood! Just stay tuned, pictures will be up any day now............

Since a lot of you are getting c/f hoods, if anyone wants to sell their stock hood, I will buy it! I hit a deer the other day and my hood needs replaced. It doesn't matter what color as long as it doesn't have any rust and is dent free. I'm looking to spend about $300 with shipping included, so let me know guys!
