well, my lawyer spoke to vis and spoke with a man who claims to be in charge of orders. He requested speaking to the companies head, so we finaly got through and talked to a man named Mike. Basicaly, it went like this. Im going to file suite on breach of contract, negligence, and failure to inform. We want to negotiate outside of court. Im getting my money back if all else fails. We mentioned this board and its members as well and thats were they They wont have these hoods for another month and right now there in the worst position for a suite, so i recommend you guys get on the ball. They want to settle this but its basicaly out of there hands.

i agree that it's bullshit that we (group buy participants) have to wait even longer now, to get our hoods.

i also agree with carlo. we should patiently wait a little while longer, and see what comes up in a week or so. sema is a big time show and im sure VIS must be busy with shit and what not. carlo has been very good to us, and i appreciate all the effort he has done to inform us. lets all clench our ass cheeks together and see what happens after this weekend/upcoming week.

As far as the sema stuff...If it is not already in vegas at the convention center, then it aint goin in the show. I worked for hte convention authority here in vegas for 5 years. If its just NOW coming in a container, its gonna take a while to get it out of the docks through customs and over here. They are using SEMA as an excuse!

aw man 2005 just wasn't my year at all.

I was laid off early this year and couldn't find a job in the IT field wat so ever. Then my car was fucked up when I was at the mall...with no money to fix it, it was just all down hill for me. But I just started at Verzion HQ for a month now and finally recking some cash. Thats why i'm looking at getting a CF hood to replace the jacked up hood i'm riding around with. I always had my internet but was too disappointed to even doing anything with the car while I had all this bill piling up.

Its good to be back on ACL and even better knowing i can get my car fix, billed paid, and xmas gift for the family. its nice to see yall still remember me. =)
