I have 1st gen cl with 6000k "crystal white" HIDS which are slightly purplish,...
I would like to get some turn signal lights and parking lights to match my HIDs...
anyone have any recommendations?
Also, what about the high beam?

Anyone have any suggestions for the map and dome light inside the car?

anyone see any benefit by replacing the rear lamp bulbs?

 

dude, its impossible to match your HID's with many lights. i had blue ass turn signals, but now with my 7500K (blue) HID's, they seriously look piss yellow. however, i think you may be able to find some on the net that are actually painted to match HID's, but im not too sure.....give ebay a shot

 

i think what you're gonna have to do is go with amber or somethin, cause NOTHING is gonna match

cuz personally i think blue bulbs looks sick with HIDs...

For High beam... should stick with clear halogen... no blue coating or else your highs will look nasty beside ur HIDs

 

i dont even use my highs anymore! I'm uploading some pics of my hids with amber upper corners.

 

yea i gave up the battle on matching these bulbs, went with the yellow ion color, got yellow ion wedges, and yellow fogs to complement the low beam

 

Go with the piaa ion yellow bulbs. You are never going to find a bulb that matches (never be bright enough)

 

Agreed! I went with amber 7440s (turn signals). However, I do still have PIAA Extreme White 168/194s in the upper and lower corners. They look yellow compared to the HIDs!
