yeah its for one seat with no rails. but this is bride were talking about, straight from japan. this seat blows corbeau, sparco, and recaro away.

Recaros are also generally bigger, every bride i've sat in has been way to tight a fitting for the avg american male. You can tell they are geared towards the japanese more.
