Which Brake setup do you all prefer

as of right now my brakes are shot. my back right brake grinds like crazy and makes a terrible rubbing noise in reverse. im most likely getting powerslot brake rotors, axxis brake pads, and mugen lines, motul brake fluid, and to top it off with silver caliper paint. what do you guys thing of that setup. if you guys have better suggestions that would def. help.

eventually Im going to go w/brembo cross drilled, axxis pads, (insert ss. lines and brake fluid here) and I dunno, I'll probably paint the calipers some ridiculous color...

though your setup doesnt sound bad at all actually

brembo blanks are fine with me, cross drilled are only so they cool down faster. hah I'm not racing my cl, so I don't think I need those. & hawk pads

^^uh, thats always a plus, otherwise you gotta Flintstone that beast! I say Brembo's with no drilled/slotted. I dont race my CL either, and i dont need em.

i have the worlds rustiest crappiest looking rotors, i was thinking the best for my buck would just be brembo blanks. Im not sure i really NEED the drilled or slotted.. now i see that im not alone i might not even bother saving for the drilled.. hmmm good input

Just as a notice I think you should know that slotted rotors will cause pads to wear out faster. Like others have said, Brembo blanks are more than enough for street driving. You don't need anything more unless your racing or driving aggressively on a regular basis. Then I'd say to go with some drilled Brembos.

sweet jesus that paint is hot h2o...that pic really does the color justice. U gonna tint those tails? They would look sick with the tail tints on especially with teh color scheme.

I originally wanted to w/ cross drilled/slotted cause it looked badass, but then I heard there was a chance the rotors might crack...

You can use my car if you want, this is the lighter tint on a black car for your photoshop. I think you should do it, it'd look hawt I love my rockblocker tint, and you can see the lights right through it.

I know the feeling, I have a whole basement full of parts, gauges, speakers, wheels, brake lines, hood, subs, amps, strut braces, thermobloks, interior mods, and many other parts. Will be installing some this weekend

IRotorz rule btw, I've had mine for 6 months now, and I love em. Really need to install my ss brake lines.
